An international affairs think tank based in Dubai is opening a month-long, in-person summer residency in the city for emerging and established creative writers, focused on the production of short stories.
Centered on the theme of “Memory, Place & Power,” the residency is designed to provide dedicated time, structure, and editorial support for writers seeking to advance their craft and develop publication-ready works.
The residency pays a writer’s honorarium of 2,000 AED (~$550).
Applicants must be able to reside in the UAE for the full residency period.
