A well-funded tour operator is hiring a performance marketing lead to run their Meta channels.

While you'll own execution (budgets, campaigns, launches), the role is moving fast toward strategic judgment: deciding what to test, reading what the data means, and turning performance into creative direction.

The salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role with at least 1-2 days a week in their London office.
