This writer's residency offers an opportunity for foreign writers and translators to live and work in Franz Kafka's house in Prague's city center next year while working on their craft.
Open to writers worldwide who have at least one published work.
The 2027 two-month residencies begin in January, March, May, July, September, and November, and during that time, you'll write, explore Prague, and participate in the local literary life.
The accommodation and travel expenses to and from Prague are covered.
Participants also receive a scholarship of ~€600 per month.
