Fodor's Travel Guides is looking for Michigan-based writers to help them publish a brand-new guidebook on the state. Previous experience with guidebook writing is a big plus, but not required.
The publication is looking for writers in the following cities/regions:
Detroit/Detroit Metro Area
Mackinac Island and the Northern Lower Peninsula (includes Mackinaw City, Cheboygan, Rogers City, Alpena, Oscoda, Grayling, Gaylord, etc)
The Upper Peninsula
Writers need to currently live in one of the regions above (or live close and be willing to travel) as site visits are part of the assignment.
